Corporate Partner Profile
Deloitte LLP
Working with Youth, I.N.C. and its partner nonprofits has been an eye-opening experience. It has broadened my perspective on the difficulties facing nonprofits and the communities they serve. The opportunities provided by Youth, I.N.C. have allowed me to utilize my skills to assist the nonprofits in advancing their objectives, while allowing me to give back to the community.
- Kathleen Metinko, Principal, Special Acquisitions Services, Deloitte Tax LLP
Through their involvement with Youth, I.N.C., Deloitte employees find numerous opportunities to work with people that share their passion, expand their professional network, and develop their leadership abilities by applying their skills in new ways.
Deloitte is a quintessential corporate leader, in 2010 providing over $25,000 in direct financial support, $1,000 through in-kind donations, and priceless leadership for Youth, I.N.C. and our partner nonprofits. Deloitte’s dedication to our efforts makes a significant difference for the organizations we serve and the lives of kids in New York City.
Deloitte’s in-kind donations of space and catering contribute enormously to the success of all of our programs. Over the years, they have hosted our nonprofit workshops, Get on Board seminars and our first annual Nonprofit Board Fair. Hundreds of individuals attended these events, including many corporate professionals interested in getting involved with the Youth, I.N.C. network.
