Youth, I.N.C. harnesses the brightest minds in business to help New York City's most promising grassroots organizations deliver opportunities for children. We offer the youth-serving nonprofits the following programs free of charge:

The Celebration Program enables nonprofits to increase their donor bases, raise unrestricted funds, and learn how to better market their organizations. Through monthly workshops and individualized coaching, organizations are empowered to develop and implement a successful fundraising campaign, culminating in A Celebration to Benefit New York Kids, a collaborative fall fundraising event produced and paid for by Youth, I.N.C.

The Board Development Program recruits, trains, and places corporate executives on the boards of nonprofits, thereby strengthening board performance and increasing the organization’s fundraising capacity.

The Fund of Funds Grants Program awards significant cash grants to high-performing nonprofits for capacity-building initiatives.
