Youth, I.N.C. is pleased to work with and support an exceptional group of nonprofit organizations serving youth. Our nonprofit partners include some of the most innovative and vital nonprofit organizations in New York City.
Nonprofit organizations join the Youth, I.N.C. network as part of the Celebration program, and then progress through our other programs as the relationship continues.
Celebration: A yearlong program that empowers nonprofits by offering the coaching and support needed to frame successful development and marketing strategies. The program culminates in an annual event, A Celebration to Benefit New York Kids, which provides each organization the opportunity to implement the skills and techniques it has learned throughout the year.
Board Management and Development: This program provides consulting services to strength board performance in combination with board member recruitment and placement. Individuals have the opportunity to learn best practices in nonprofit leadership through workshops and Developing Leaders Through Nonprofit Board Service seminars.
Expert Advice: A group of seasoned experts provide advice at no cost to our nonprofit partners on topics including law, finance, human resources, technology, and media relations.
Net Gain: A basketball program in partnership with Urban Dove, which provides New York City high school students who lack school gyms with court time and the opportunity to participate in varsity athletics. Net Gain uses athletic participation to develop the leadership, teamwork, and communication skills the students need to become empowered young adults.
