Executive Director
Youth, I.N.C.
Mr. Orr, former Goldman Sachs banker, left Wall Street in 1991 and formed Orr Associates, Inc. (OAI), a professional consulting firm dedicated to helping nonprofit clients advance and market their philanthropic causes. In building his business, Mr. Orr was struck by an apparent and critical need for support among youth organizations, which were often smaller, more grassroots efforts. He often found the organizations lacked the management expertise or capacity needed to expand their work, given the limited financial resources available to them. Mr. Orr recognized that with greater support, these youth organizations could collectively and more efficiently achieve what might very well be out of their reach individually. Calling upon his Wall Street relationships, in 1994 Mr. Orr founded and is currently the Executive Director of Youth, I.N.C. to address these needs. Over the past 13 years, Youth, I.N.C. has raised more than $16 million for over 70 nonprofit organizations.

Special thanks to Win Neuger, Rick Schifter, Rick Schnall and Ted Virtue who currently serve on the Youth, I.N.C. Board of Directors as well as Marc Lasry who is a member of the Youth, I.N.C. National Advisory Board.
