On Wednesday, October 21, 2009, 100% of the commissions on designated trades made through Piper Jaffray were donated to Youth, I.N.C. Funds raised through Trading Day for Kids will help improve the lives of thousands of kids and provide capacity building services to Youth, I.N.C.'s partner nonprofits.
How Trading Day worked:
- On Wednesday, October 21, all equity trading activities were directed to Piper Jaffray*.
- Youth, I.N.C. was designated as the beneficiary of the commissions from each trade ("say" it is for Youth, I.N.C. or "tag" your electronic trade*).
- Colleagues were encouraged to participate. 100% of funds raised through Trading Day will benefit Youth, I.N.C. programs.
