Youth, I.N.C. (Improving Nonprofits for Children) is a non-profit organization that seeks to improve the operations and develop the capacity of nonprofits serving youth. To do so, Youth, I.N.C. trains the affiliated nonprofit organizations to design, fund, and manage fundraising events while securing donors and building their board of directors.

Youth, I.N.C. equips nonprofit executives to broaden their networks, select and secure fundraising leadership, and raise public awareness of the services they offer. Our experts and consultants provide daily mentoring and promote organizational success.

Using a venture philanthropy model, we create bridges between corporate and nonprofit sectors, help build relationships, strengthen management, and solidify partnerships. We launch our partners into self-sufficiency by making connections that serve a common goal – a better future for kids and their communities.

In October 2008, Youth, I.N.C. earned Charity Navigator’s highest rating, 4-stars, for a second consecutive year.  Only 18% of charities rated by Charity Navigator receive at least two consecutive 4-star evaluations, indicating that Youth, I.N.C. consistently executes its mission in a fiscally responsible way and outperforms most other charities in America.
