Stratton Heath is a Partner of Oak Hill Capital where he manages the firm’s capital market activities and sits on the investment committee. Prior to joining Oak Hill, he had a 15-year banking career with The Bank of New York and affiliates thereof that included founding and managing a sponsor coverage business and a private equity and mezzanine principal investment business. Stratton earned a B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder and an M.B.A. degree from the Columbia Business School, where he received the Award for Excellence. Stratton currently serves on the Youth INC board of directors. He is also a member of the Investment Policy Committee for the University of Colorado Foundation and a member of the Leeds School of Business Advisory Board.
Prior to joining PJT Partners, Ms. McCabe spent 21 years at Morgan Stanley where she had been the firm’s Global Head of Investor Relations and a member of the firm’s Management Committee. She also served as Head of Marketing and Business Development for the Investment Banking Division and was a senior banker with responsibility for some of the firm’s largest corporate and private equity client relationships. Over the course of her career, Ms. McCabe has worked on a broad range of transactions including leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, financings and recapitalizations across a diverse range of sectors including industrials, transportation, business services, real estate and financial services. Ms. McCabe began her career as an Analyst in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Bankers Trust.
Ms. McCabe is Co-Chair of the Board of Directors of Youth INC. She is also a former Trustee of the Morgan Stanley Foundation and a former Trustee of the George F. Baker Scholars Program at Georgetown University. She has a BA in Government from Georgetown University.
